Who is this guy... Why choose this plumber?
I'm not going to tell you that I'm not in it for the money, but I will tell you that I'll earn every dime you pay. Maybe you can guess that I'm not awfully shy and I guess that maybe I'm not. One thing for certain is that I shoot straight... I'm not afraid to ask questions and I'm not afraid to offer suggestions. I prefer to remain in the new construction end of the business without forgetting that servicing our installations is very much a part of that business.
That's why we strive for efficient, maintenance-friendly systems during new installations, remodeling applications and repair situations. Over the years we've learned to understand th

at "things" can happen which will require attention.

Which is why I will ask questions and offer suggestions early in the stages of construction or during my initial visit for a service call. My first question is, "What are your plumbing expectations?". My first suggestion is to invest the "lion-share" of your plumbing budget into the basics, the structure of your system. You can upgrade the "gingerbread" as your budget allows! It has been our experience that future changes/upgrades can be accomplished for much less when the original system is designed with growth in mind. New and improved products can be installed with minimal invasion. We can actually make more money by saving you money. Our hopes are that you'll want us to do your future work as well as referring us to others with plumbing projects in mind.

(bottom left) "Water Golf" formerly Stonewater Country Club at Aberdeen in Highland Heights, Ohio uses "Rollin the Plumber" for all of their maintenance, remodeling and service. (bottom right) Sam at "Wing Stop" in Mentor on the Lake, Ohio has made some very nice plumbing upgrades lately and Rollin is proud to have been chosen for that task. (the wings are awesome!... you're welcome Sam ;)
