(above) a typical residential domestic water service installation with the water meter located outside and the street water pressure over 80 psi. Our standard quote includes a guage for street-pressure reading, a full pressure branch w/shut off for irrigation, a reduced pressure regulator and gauge for maintaining a safe house pressure and a system drain valve to simplify repairs and/or upgrades, also a thermal expansion tank located between the main service and hot water tank. A nearby floor drain is recommended to provide a complete, fully functional water service.
